    The lesson begins with stretching, warm-up swimming and warming up. Under the guidance of the instructor, you gradually learn the correct movement with the monofin and alternate it with classic swimming. The lesson ends with relaxation and stretching.

    The offer lists Saturday afternoons at Aquapalace Prague or TJ Sokol Praha Vinohrady. Choose the current times in the calendar. Advance booking is required; lessons take place from two participants.

    The monofin can be your own or hired for a fee. Standard sizes 36–44 are usually available on site; please notify us in advance of any other sizes. Please arrive about 15 minutes before the start.

    Is the monofin included in the price?

    It depends on the ordered option. You can bring your own; the offer states hire at CZK 50 per lesson.

    When can I cancel a booking?

    According to the offer, free of charge no later than 16 hours in advance. If cancelled later, the standard lesson price is charged; please confirm the current conditions when booking.

    What should I bring with me?

    Swimwear, a towel and something to drink. You may bring your own mask or swimming goggles. Swimming goggles are recommended.

    Is it a certification course?

    No, these are swimming and fitness lessons. The certification route is the separate SSI Mermaid certification.

    Divers Direct regularly organises one-day and weekend Events and diving expeditions for members of its club. And you can continue with follow-on courses right at these events.

    Our own 8m diving pit

    We train in the deepest pit in the Czech Republic – at Aquapalace Praha in Čestlice. There we have ideal conditions for pool training, and it shows in our divers.

    We don’t end with the course

    With us you can continue – lectures, training sessions, trips, expeditions, follow-on courses. And on top of that, a 10% discount on equipment and other courses.
