Advance booking is required. Diving is always carried out with a buddy in the buddy system. For instructor supervision or a return after a longer break, please arrange it with us.

Mermaiding
For older children, the pink boxes ‘Try scuba diving for older children’. For younger children, please arrange this with Petra Falberová on 773 573 696 or with the school at potapeni@divers.cz.
Freediving
Purple boxes ‘Try freediving’ or light purple ‘Basic freediving’. Courses run approximately once a month.
Diving course
Create a profile at my.divessi.com and select Divers Direct centre (722162). We will be happy to help you with the next steps.
In twenty minutes
you’ll almost be in the water.
Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your booked start time. Check in at the Divers shop on the right, behind the main entrance to Aquapalace.

You do not need to buy an Aquapark admission ticket to visit Jáma. Without one, however, you can only use Jáma, the toilets and the showers.

How do I get inside?
Use the stairs next to the ticket desks and continue along the corridor towards the hotel. At the glass doors to Jáma, use the code from the email you received after booking.
Take the key from the first lockbox and open the second one (it will light up green). Return the key, scramble the numeric code and lock it behind you. When leaving, lock it again, return the key and scramble the code.
Where do I pay?
On site in the Divers Direct shop. If it is closed, you can pay by QR code on the rental door, by bank transfer to account 7214339001/5500 or in cash into the cash box in the store room by Jáma.
Please include your name, date and time in the payment reference. If paying in cash, write the same on the envelope and add what you are paying for.
How does the self-service equipment hire work?
The equipment is in the store room by Jáma. After the dive, return it to its original place. Please report any fault to potapeni@divers.cz. There is a CZK 500 fine for not returning equipment.
What should I do with the tanks after the dive?
After use, refill hired tanks according to the instructions provided on site. The filling hoses are in the store room. There is a CZK 500 fine for not refilling a hired tank.
Filling your own tanks at Jáma is prohibited. If you are unsure how to operate it, please contact us.
